released all the big singles and the album had already had quite a few
videos made, BMW approached the band because they wanted bonedriven to
be
used in an ad. Bush agreed, and on top of this they were offered a BMW
Z3
each if they used a BMW in a video for bonedriven... They weren't
intending
to make a video but decided to do one in response to that offer...
Anyway
there was a really big budget and mark lebon was going to direct it.
They
had big ideas for some crazy video, but in the end it all fell
through...
They decided to make a video anyway but keep it low budget as they now
had
no BMW backing, and as far as im concerned the video that was made was
far
more personal and interesting than any big budget shite...
Mark followed them on tour in the states for a month shooting lots of
the
live footage seen in the video on a small handheld mini dv camera...
Then
did a couple of days back in London with the group of young friends and
models - shooting more dv and lots of stills. Into this is mixed some
home
