shit-where have i been.

apologies for my absence.i have sort of been about two days behind myself for ages.there has been so much to cram in i am going crazy.

should i run between stuff to save time?

it is so rude of me to keep away from you guys for this long.it is not intentional.i am covered in issues.

first off we have been rehearsing for the tour.WE ARE PSYCHED.the big news is for the devout fans is that nigel will not be with us.he is taking care of business at home and is not available to tour at this time.

watch this space for further developments...

we have an excellent amazing musician who has come in to help out and generally add music and positivity to us.

his name is chris traynor-he was in the band orange 9mm and he also played with helmet-filling in there in the same capacity that he is for us.

he is different from nigel so he is not exactly a replacement.it seemed better to allow him space to breathe so along with some of nigel's excellent guitar parts,he has added his own touches and style-which is inspiring to play with and be around.

he has been playing with us for the past couple of weeks and is now very together with the band.

i may or may not have been in the studio working on some new stuff-which always is a tonic above and beyond all others.i am after all mainly a songwriter so it feels good to be myself!!!!!!!!!!

london is sweet right now and the days have been filled with music and magic.

valentine's day came and went.i hope yours was better than mine-on a romantic level anyway.

if it wasn't then i am not alone!!!!!!!

it's been all music and singing and playing and winston for ages althougb we took chris a couple of times last night we went out to a club a friend of mine runs in london.it was good to be out.a great chinese before-some beer sake crispy duck.....you can guess the rest-anyhow,it sets you up good for a night out.

i have seen no films,read little words and not even listened to much music as i have been making it!!!!!!!!!!!(apart from the cooper temple clause who are an amazing banmd from england-they are f**cking great)

this weekend i fly to vancouver to record an episode for the chris isaaak show.i hope i don't screw up.it should be funny.anyways i spoke with him about which songs to do(i'm doing three)and he seems very cool.it should be a blast. then a week in la doing different stuff to set up the tour then denver.BANG. the tour starts....

it has been selling great so if you love us get yourself sorted.the show will kick booty.
